Cream of Rice is an easy-to-make complex carbohydrate made with rice flour, fortified with added vitamins and minerals to support overall health and well-being. It also contains digestive enzymes and probiotics to improve nutrient uptake and digestion.

Each 25g serving provides:

• 19.33g of complex carbohydrates
• Only 0.05g of naturally occurring sugars

How to use:
Add 50g of Cream of Rice to a bowl, then add 100ml of boiling water to the powder, ensuring it is completely covered. Wait 30 seconds and stir. The creamiest texture with unbelievable flavour and smoothness will result. For extra volume, simply add additional boiling water or microwave in 30-second increments until the desired consistency is achieved. We do not recommend using cold water to prepare Cream of Rice.
